Team: PSB Greensboro 11th Grade – Battle

Lars Nielson (Class 2020, Position SG, Height 6’3″)

Lars is a smooth scoring wing that has scoring ability at all three levels of the court. His shooting ability on his mid range pull up is above average and he can get to that shot at any moment with his solid ball-handling skills. He is also a very strong player with the ability to take contact at the rim and still finish. Always in attack mode this guard can get hot quickly.

Jacob Chrapliwy (Class 2020, Position SG, Height 6’2″)

Jacobs athleticism allows him to thrive in fast break situations. He is a high riser that can get up in the air quickly and finish up high. Jacob also has solid ball-handling ability with range out to the 3-point line. His jumping ability also allows him to get a few highlight blocked shots from behind.

Javion Green (Class 2020, Position SG, Height 6’3″)

Javion is a major athlete that is beginning to find his way around the basketball court. He is always in attack mode and going downhill is his biggest strength as he uses his strong shoulders and frame to take contact on drives and finish tough. Javion is also a solid and willing on-ball defender that can force ball handlers into turnovers and tough shots.

Carter Wilson (Class 2020, Position PG, Height 5’10”)

Carter is a shooter that when he gets going is hard to cool down. He can shoot the three ball of the catch and off the bounce and does not need much space to let it fly. He is always looking to get a shot off, which tightens the defense for his drives to the rim where he uses his low center of gravity to get into the paint and make plays. Carter’s offensive nature makes him hard to keep from getting a shot.

Karel Vachutka (Class 2020, Position PG, Height 6’0″)

Karel is a pass first PG that is a team first at all times and looks to score second. He’s always looking to get his teammates set up and involved before looking for his own offense but can knock down open jumpers. Karel’s biggest strength is his on-ball defense that he uses to give the opposing team’s PG fits. His quick feet and aggressive nature puts pressure on the ball handler to head the team’s defensive effort.
