Over the Memorial Day weekend, Phenom Hoops was in Greensboro watching some highly talented, yet some underrated prospects competing.

Supporting a great cause to the Wounded Warrior Project, here are a few players that caught the eyes of our scouts.

2020 6’5 Mike Dudley Jr. (Team United 2021)

  • He has continued to develop his game but he showcased some real bounce in his game but also a threat from outside. With his size and ability, he can certainly play multiple positions on the floor. He knocked down a few three’s today with a smooth, confident release.

2020 6’8 Alex Holt (Team Phoenix)

  • Holt brings the size and girth that coaches can love. He creates space in the paint but moves pretty well as well. He is active on the boards, has his hands always up, and uses his hands on both ends of the floor.

2020 6’11 Jonas Aidoo (Red Storm)

  • Aidoo may have been the biggest player from the event. He is still young as well and continuing to develop his overall talent. Aidoo has INCREDIBLE length, length that D1 coaches will love. He can rebound also very well. He also had the confidence to knock down the outside jumper if his opponent backs off. Still developing overall offensively, this young man has a lot of potential.

2021 6’5 Chase McDuffie (Carolina Pressure 17u)

  • McDuffie is a young prospect and continuing to still develop his overall natural talent. But he stands out on the floor with his length and size. The tools are there, as he displayed a smooth outside shot and uses his length to his advantage when he attacks the rim.
