Standouts Day 1

5'10 2022 Richard Black III (Team Loaded)

Richard Black III impressed as the most skilled pure scorer I saw for the day. He flashed potential to dominate scoring at all 3 levels. Black relentlessly attacks the rim, using either hand to pull off crafty finishes in traffic. He also displayed a soft shooting touch from the perimeter and pulled from any spot on the court with the same confidence. He acted as his teams'

6'2 2021 Yau'Mell Scott (Team Loaded)

Yau'Mell Scott of Team Loaded was a key crunch time performer in his games today. Whenever his team needed a big bucket or defensive stop it was Scott who made the play. He impressed throughout the day with his well rounded skillset. He is a big bodied forward who is a tough rebounder and great finisher in traffic. While only listed at 6'2, he plays like he's 6'5 and compete with any bigs put in front of him.

6'2 2021 Jaden Hicklin (Next Level SC)

Jaden Hicklin of Next Level SC showed serious scoring potential all day today. He is a strong forward who battles with big men and is a crafty finisher in the paint. What separates him from other bigger forwards is his ability to stretch the floor.'Tons of potential, rising sophomore with impressive athleticism and strength great shooter, knocked down shots from all over the court

5'9 2022 Jecari Bryson (Next Level SC)'

A deep range deadeye who is unafraid to pull the trigger, Jecari Bryson can shoot from anywhere inside volleyball line. He knocked down moving, contested and set shots with similar efficiency all day long. He forced defenses to change their gameplans and pushed their guards out higher on the perimeter, this opened a lot of room for the rest of his teammates to create their own looks.

6'4 2021 Kamell Smith NC ICE

A strong forward with an explosive vertical leap, Kamell Smith has the potential to develop into a great two way player by the end of his high school career. It's best to clear the lane when he gets a full head of steam driving to the basket, he's always looking for more people to put on a poster. On the defensive side, he uses his length to get into passing lanes for steals and his leaping ability to rise up for blocks.
