Palmetto City Hurricanes 14U

6'3 2022 Tony Lorick

Lorick did a great job using his incredible frame to create space for himself to get easy lay-ins around the basket.  He also does a great job changing shots at the rim on the defensive end, really providing the ever-so valuable defensive anchor for his really talented Palmetto City Squad.  He possesses an innate ability to grab tough rebounds to go with his nice touch around the cup.

5'8 2022 Jazian Gortman

Gortman is simply a pure scorer, he can knock down jumpers off the catch, dribble, or take his man to the cup at any given moment.  He does a good job initiating offense for others, but don't fool yourself Gortman can really really score the rock with the best of em.  He also brings a level of toughness on the defensive end that most his age don't want any part of!

5'7 2022 Rubin Gardner

Gardner is the straw that stirs the drink when it comes to this Palmetto City Squad, he might not have the most impressive numbers on that team, but he brings so much stability on both ends of the court to the table.  On the offensive end outside of his high IQ, he has a really nice layup package and is comfortable going up in traffic to get a bucket.  Definitely a kid his High School Coach is going to enjoy coaching.

Academy Prep 14U

6'4 2022 William Woodward

Woodward immediately grabs your attention with his incredible size, frame, and mobility, but then you add in the factor that he has really good skills as a face-up big, he has to be considered a prospect to watch moving forward for next level coaches.  He has a pretty form on his jumper with an ability to move out to the perimeter defensively and guard at least 3 positions.

5'7 2022 Elijah White

White is a smooth operator on the offensive end, possessing a unique skillset for a lead guard of his age.  He can really handle the ball and create offense for himself off the bounce with a remarkable ability to finish layups and runners through the teeth of the defense on any given possession.  He's one of those exciting score first floor generals that's one of the more exciting kids in his age group I've seen all weekend.

NC Runnin Rebels 16U

5'7 2021 Jaden Spivey

Spivey brings a high level of activity on the defensive end to go with his craftiness as a lead guard when it comes to scoring at the basket.  He's playing up an age group, but still has a high level of confidence going against kids that are a year older than him, thinking he can get a bucket on anyone at any given time.  With improved decision making Spivey will become a big contributor at Heritage next year.

5'8 2022 Philip Jubinor

Jubinor is having a major impact on his team due to his creativity offensively and ability to create turnovers on the defensive end.  He's still a little out of control, but that's expected when it comes to a kid playing two age groups up.  He's attending the brand new South Garner High School next year and should have an immediate impact and gain valuable experience for the new team.

Team Invasion 16U

5'11 2020 Brion Jones

Jones did an excellent job commanding the offense for his Invasion squad, controlling the situation with his communication and general savviness on that end of the court.  He has excellent body control when attacking the basket and has a really effective first step when slashing.  He does a great job running his team and getting his guys in the right situation.

5'10 2020 Evan Bynum

Bynum did a good job for his team knocking down shots and providing that ball stopping perimeter defender that every team needs.  He plays with a high motor at all times, and when he gets rewarded with an open look from the perimeter, book it as a bucket.
