East Lincoln led 35-22 at halftime and held on in the 2nd by a score of 80-65 over the Comenius Knights Friday night in Denver.

 

The Mustangs had four players in double figures led by senior, Sidney Dollar, who had a career high 26 points, junior, Justin Kuthan, added a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds, junior, Myles Adams, had a career high 13 points, and senior, John Bean, finished with 11 points and 4 assists.

 

The Knights had four players in double figures, led by senior, JaQuan Hemphill, who had 14 points, while junior, Akram Ben-Salah, added 12 points, along with freshman, London Johnson, and junior, Josh Rubio, added 10 points.

 

With the win the Mustangs break a two game losing streak against the Knights dating back to the 2016-2017 season.

 

The Mustangs will be in action Saturday afternoon, December 8 at 3:30 PM against the Kings Mountain Mountaineers.
